This property was a traditional redbrick three bedroom unmodernised ground floor house in Bracknell Gardens, Hampstead which had last been converted in the 1930’s. Working to the Architect: David Money’s design we completely stripped out and renovated the ground floor creating a fourth bedroom and expanded the living space by creating a conservatory. All the services were renewed and all the work was completed by our in-house team on schedule. We also created a roof terrace for the occupants of the 1st Floor as a separate contract!
